Who we are

Alex Maclean-Bristol is based between Edinburgh and the Isle of Coll where he farms sheep. As a diversification a small development of three 15kW wind turbines was established in 2012 and as a result of this he set up the C&F Turbine Owners Group advocating on behalf of the owners of this particular make of turbine.

This interest in renewables led him onto an MSc in Carbon Management at Edinburgh University which was completed in 2024 and gave him a wide knowledge of all the components necessary in the move to a low carbon economy including energy, business advice and carbon accounting.
